The starting point

A short season, a lot of tables to fill.

A mosto opens a few months a year and fills up every weekend. Every phone booking, every order and every bill goes through a few pairs of hands.

The proposal brings three things into one app: booking from home, ordering from the table and the digital menu. It adds a team view, so nothing depends on a single person.

01 · Booking

Day, time, how many and where

Guests choose the sunny terrace, the porch or the glass-walled room. They get a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder the day before.

02 · At the table

Order without waiting for the waiter

Every table has its own QR code. From there guests order, call the waiter or ask for the bill. They pay from the phone or at the end, as usual.

  • One QR code per table
  • Call the waiter
  • Pay in the app or not

03 · The team

So nothing depends on one person

From the bar tablet or a phone, anyone on the team sees bookings, orders and reviews. When a dish runs out, it is switched off and disappears from the menu.

  • Today's bookings
  • Orders and reviews
  • Dishes switched off when they run out
Understand first, then build

What would you like to run on its own at your place?

Hearing that answer is our first step. Then we decide what to add first: bookings, orders or the menu.
